Weak Convergence in Uncertain Normed Linear Spaces
Abstract
In this paper, we introduce and investigate the concept of weak convergence in the framework of Uncertainty theory. Uncertainty theory which was developed to handle imprecise or incomplete information where probability theory fails, has led to new formulations of linear spaces and norms. Based on this foundation, we define weak convergence with respect to uncertain linear functionals and examine some of the fundamental properties. The relationships between uncertain weak and strong convergence are explored and criteria for weak convergence are established.
