Abstract

This paper addresses the two-warehouse inventory problem, consid
ering warehouses A and B. In this model, raw materials are consumed first from
warehouse A, followed by warehouse B. The demand is modeled as a function of
the selling price and follows an exponential pattern for time t. The in
ventory holding cost is time-dependent, and the rate of deterioration is assumed to
follow a Weibull distribution function. The study aims to minimize inventory costs
to maximize profit. Consider various parameters that influence material deteriora
tion and their impact on profitability. Additionally, the paper presents a graphical
analysis of profit over the period t, taking into account different parameters such
as holding cost (HC), quantity (Q), and others.
