Abstract

This paper mainly integrates data science approaches and topological analysis to analyze the physio chemical properties of drugs used to treat fungal diseases. We use Exponential fraction index, Randic type- Hadi, SDI, Lodeg indices for the analysis of drugs. To analyze the data, we employ the data science techniques, such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation and Linear regression model. We analyze these indices in relation to critical properties such as melting point (MP), Flashing point (FP), Enthalpy.
