Some fixed point theorems in rectangular Sp-metric spaces with applications to integral equations

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a novel generalization of rectangular Sp-metric spaces by weakening the conventional triangle inequality. We investigate the impact of this modification on the existence and uniqueness of fixed points. To demonstrate the utility of our findings, illustrative examples and an application to integral equations are presented.
