Generalized q-Fractional Saigo Operator Associated with the Four-Parameter Mittag–Leffler Function

Abstract

The main goal of this article is to present two new simple versions of the fourparameter Mittag-Leffler function. We have created some q-integral forms and Saigo q-fractional operators for these new versions. Additionally, we have found Riemann- Liouville-type fractional q-integrals and q-derivatives for these versions, which are used in the study of q-fractional calculus
