Effects of an education program through sport in fundamental and specialized motor skills: focus on dance

Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of a program education through sport in fundamental motor skills and specialized of the dance in children. At the intervention program developed in 10 weeks, the TARGET structure assumptions to the learning have been implemented. The assessment was driving in pre and post intervention and in context of learning, using the Test of Gross Motor Development-2. The results indicated that the Motor Intervention Program fosters motor gains in fundamental motor skills and specialized, reinforcing the effective participation of children in the practice of dance.Downloads
