Abstract

In this research the choice of the irrigation level was studied using decision tree, including risk through simulation by Monte Carlo's Method. With local conditions data of Ilha Solteira, considering the variability of the useful life of equipments and the prices paid to the farmers. In such conditions the application equivalent to 1.0 pan evaporation (4 mm) is the best choice for supplying the largest expectation of liquid income and the probability of 90.8% of the liquid income to be superior to 0. The application equivalent of 0.5 pan evaporation (2mm) should not be considered for presenting an inferior expectation of liquid income obtained without irrigation
