Abstract
The criteria of fertilizer recommendation in three common bean cultivars were evaluated based on the 5th approximation soil analysis and technology levels – Recommendation for using Correctives and Fertilizers in Viçosa, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Three experiments with three different cultivars were carried: Ouro Negro, Talismã and Vermelho. Randomized blocks designs were used with five replications and five treatments, one with no fertilizer treatment and the others aiming at the expected yield: up to 1,200, from 1,200 to 1,800, 1,800 to 2,500 and higher than 2,500 kg ha-1. The criteria of recommendation were not totally adequate, seeing that Vermelho was the most accentuated, followed by Talismã and Ouro Negro, probably due to the negative effect of weather stress. The criteria of recommendation have not provided the expected yield.Downloads
