Abstract
This experiment evaluated the methionine levels of pre started diets and one day chick weight on the digestibility of ration. Three hundred and twenty chicks at initial weight of 38 and 45g fed with rations at different methionine levels (0,455%; 0,507; 0,599% e 0,611%) were used in split plot experimental desing (4 levels od menthionine and two initial chick weight by age 2-4; 4-6 and 6-8 days). Results showed that the levels of menthionine and the weight of chicks did not effect the digestibility of diets improved with chick age increase. Chicks weighting 38 and 45g had the same ability to digest the feed.Downloads
