Abstract

This research is about a qualitative and characterized investigation. It has the intention of earning the patient’s conception that suffer for quimiotherapic treatment daily, bringing ways to think again the care given to them. For the research we chose a Quimiotheraphy and Radiotherapy Oncological Center in Parana’s northwest. The methodological strategy which guided the study is sustantiated on phenomenalogical view. For activing our proposal we asked the patients with the notherner question: How do you feel in quimiotherapic treatment? Among the analyzed answers, four cathegories emerged: worry about the toxic effects of quimiotherapy; worry about their looking; family needing in the therapeutic process; a treatment that brings heal’s hope. The patient’s concepts showed us a human being based in pain and suffering, because on discovering themselves sick (cancer), they don’t want only the care but dispatch manifestations that comtemplate their existenciality in fact.
