Abstract

In recent decades, the importance of childhood and adolescence and the necessity of protection for these groups have moved societies towards notifying the competent authorities of risk situations involving children and teenagers. This study aims to reveal the circumstances of mendicancy, child labor and prostitution involving minors under age 15, residing in Londrina, Paraná State, notified to Tutelary Councils in 2006.
