Abstract
This article describes a development case study and it aims to explain, through the family perspective, their reactions when they know that one of their members is a HIV/Aids bearer, that it is fatal and charged with prejudice desease. It consists of a qualitative-nature, scriptive, analytical research, with the data being obtained in the families home. The research nstrument was a semi-structured interview involving six members of the family group. Data nalysis allowed the emergence of the matter Aids in family and it was evident the perceptions, silence and secret as a mediation possibility used by the family in social life.Downloads
