Special Issue on Recent Trends in Applied and Computational Mathematics (ICRTACM-2025)

Background and Rationale:
The Department of Mathematics, School of Applied Sciences, REVA University, Bengaluru, India, is organizing the 6th International Conference on Recent Trends in Applied and Computational Mathematics (ICRTACM-2025) on October 09–10, 2025. This conference provides a global platform for academicians, researchers, and industry professionals to share innovative work in pure and applied mathematics, emphasizing computational approaches and interdisciplinary applications.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, invited lectures, technical sessions, and contributed papers covering diverse areas such as:

  • Operations Research
  • Numerical Analysis
  • Computational Fluid Mechanics
  • Graph Theory
  • Algebra
  • Fuzzy Logic and its Applications
  • Applied Statistics
  • Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Systems

Given the scope and the quality of submissions expected, we propose to publish selected, peer-reviewed papers in a special issue of BSPM, thereby ensuring wider dissemination and scholarly impact.

Objectives of the Special Issue:

  1. To showcase recent advances in applied and computational mathematics.
  2. To promote interdisciplinary research connecting mathematics with engineering, technology, and applied sciences.
  3. To provide young researchers with a high-quality peer-reviewed platform for their work.
  4. To enhance the visibility of BSPM by associating with an international conference of repute.

Selection and Review Process:

  • All submissions will be screened for originality, relevance, and adherence to BSPM guidelines.
  • Each manuscript will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
  • Only high-quality and original contributions will be considered for inclusion.
  • The Guest Editors (from the Conference Organizing Committee) will work in close coordination with the BSPM Editorial Board.

The conference is expecting more than 100 full-length paper submissions. Based on rigorous peer review, we anticipate 30 high-quality research papers suitable for BSPM.
