Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The authors are aware of the rules of the Section to which their work is being submitted. The regular section is Research Articles, and the others are for Monographs or Special Issues.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements
- To indicate the name of the Editor for handling the manuscript.
- All authors should be listed with the ORCID iDs be assigned by the ORCID Registry. Must conform to their standards for expressing ORCID iDs, and include the full URI (eg. http://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097).
- I will briefly describe in the Comments for the Editor section below why I chose the above Section to submit my work.
Research Articles
Articles can be submitted directly to any member of the Editorial Board. The BSPM welcomes electronic submissions. However, editors reserve the right to request hard copies after papers have been submitted electronically. Authors are advised to make preliminary e-mail inquiries to editors about whether they are likely to be able to handle submissions in a particular electronic form. The authors can still indicate the name of an Editor while submitting the paper to the Editor in Chief. The use of e-mail is strongly preferred for all correspondence. However, printed copies (in triplicate) can be submitted to the journal's address.
Articles should have at most 30 pages, exceptionally longer works can also be considered. The articles can be written in English, Portuguese, Spanish or French.
Each article must include an abstract written in English language of at most 150 words, an introduction that conveys even to the non-expert the main themes under discussion, a list of keywords, and the Mathematics Subject Classification AMS 2000. After acceptance for publication, the authors will be asked to send a LaTeX version of the article.

Manuscript can be submitted electronically (in English) to the BSPM.
Special Issue: Advances in Mathematical Sciences
This special issue aims to publish well-selected, peer-reviewed, and high-quality papers presented at the Ninth International Conference of Mathematical Sciences (ICMS 2025), held from September 03-07, 2025, at Maltepe University in Turkey.
The conference aims to bring together leading researchers, academics, and practitioners to explore recent advancements in the mathematical sciences. The event provides an academic platform for disseminating innovative methodologies, theoretical insights, and practical applications that address contemporary challenges in the field.
The conference covers a wide range of topics in mathematical sciences, with dedicated sessions focusing on the following areas: Topology; Analysis; Functional Analysis; Sequences, Series, and Summability; Fixed Point Theory; Numerical Functional Analysis; Mathematical Methods in Computer Science; Mathematical Methods in Physics; Mathematics Education; Geometry; and Algebra.
Special Issue: International Conf. on Recent Trends in Appl. and Comput. Math.
The Department of Mathematics, School of Applied Sciences, REVA University, Bengaluru, India, is organizing the 6th International Conference on Recent Trends in Applied and Computational Mathematics (ICRTACM-2025) on October 09–10, 2025. This conference provides a global platform for academicians, researchers, and industry professionals to share innovative work in pure and applied mathematics, emphasizing computational approaches and interdisciplinary applications.
The conference will feature keynote addresses, invited lectures, technical sessions, and contributed papers covering diverse areas such as:
- Operations Research
- Numerical Analysis
- Computational Fluid Mechanics
- Graph Theory
- Algebra
- Fuzzy Logic and its Applications
- Applied Statistics
- Mathematical Modelling of Engineering Systems
Given the scope and the quality of submissions expected, we propose to publish selected, peer-reviewed papers in a special issue of BSPM, thereby ensuring wider dissemination and scholarly impact.
Special Issue: Mathematical Biology and Ecology for Sustainable Development
This Special Issue presents selected peer-reviewed papers from the AICTE–VAANI Sponsored National Conference on “Mathematical Biology and Ecology for SustainableDevelopment,” held from November 27 th to 29 th , 2025 at the Poornima College of Engineering, jaipur, India. The conference brought together researchers, academicians, and practitioners to explore the integration of mathematical modeling, biological systems analysis, and ecological sustainability. Its primary objective was to foster interdisciplinary collaboration for addressing critical challenges related to environmental conservation, public health, climate resilience, and sustainable resource management—key pillars of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Focus and Themes The papers included in this issue highlight the recent advances in: Mathematical Modeling of biological and ecological systems Population Dynamics and Epidemiological Modeling Ecosystem Stability and Biodiversity Conservation Computational and Theoretical Ecology Climate Change Impact Assessment and Sustainability Analytics Systems Biology and Bioinformatics for Environmental Studies Applied Mathematics for Sustainable Development Planning Significance This special issue underscores how mathematical sciences serve as a powerful tool for understanding, predicting, and optimizing natural processes that underpin ecological balance and sustainability. Through the rigorous application of mathematics, these contributions aim to offer quantitative insights and innovative solutions for sustainable development challenges in India and beyond.
