On Localization of Maximal and Minimal Open Sets
Resumen
The notions of maximal and minimal open and closed sets in topological spaces are introduced and studied in global sense. So we intend here to introduce and study the concepts of maximal and minimal open and closed sets in topological spaces in local sense after the names locally maximal and minimal open and closed sets.
