A fala de vítimas e indiciados em uma delegacia da mulher
Résumé
Neste artigo, a partir da análise de depoimentos colhidos nos inquéritos policiais de vítimas e indiciados que se enquadram na categoria “casais”, buscou-se entender como se constituem as interpretações de caso descrito (por eles mesmos) enquanto vítimas e indiciados sob o jugo do enquadramento judicial. A violência conjugal se configura nos inquéritos observados intrinsecamente dependente das relações existentes entre vítimas e indiciados. Na dinâmica processual há um rearranjo - um deslocamento do foco de atenção e ponto de partida do delito propriamente dito (o crime em si) para as bases que constituem as relações entre vítimas e indiciados. Este foi o ponto de partida da análise dos inquéritos policiais em uma delegacia da mulher entre 1986 a 1995. Abstract. Based on the analysis of the statements by victims and indictees, forming a marital couple, in police inquiries, this article to understand how these reported cases are interpreted in the judicial framework. The marital violence depicted in the inquiries is intrinsically dependent on the relationship between victims and indictees. There is rearrangement in the procedural dynamics by displacing the focus of attention and the starting poiht from the crime in itself to the bases of the relationship between victims and indictees, as was verified in the inquiries carried out at a police station for women.Téléchargements
