Norbert Elias: historiador y critico de la modernidad
Resumen
Estuda-se o processo de transformação nas ciências huamanas no século XX rumo a uma transdisciplinaridade, discutindo-se a contribuição da obra de Norbert Elias, a partir do questionamento de quais seriam suas principais obras históricas e suas lições para os historiadores. Além disso, analisa-se a vinculação entre o perfil intelectual do autor e seu itinerário intelectual com os sucessivos contextos culturais de sua produção. Destaca-se a análise da compreensão da dimensão histórica do trabalho de Elias, fundada na centralidade da visão de longa duração, do comparativismo e da interpretação crítica. ABSTRACT. The present article studies the transformations occurred in the twentieth century’s human sciences towards a transdisciplinary stance by discussing the importance of Norbert Elias’s writings, specially identifying his major historical works and their contribution to historians and association with the author’s intellectual profile, his trajectory and the successive cultural contexts of their production. The comprehensive analysis of the historical dimension of Elias’s work based on long-term vision, comparativism and critical interpretation is highlighted.Descargas
