Apontamentos sobre o personalismo político paranaense
Resumen
O artigo faz apontamentos sobre a natureza do discurso do governador Moisés Lupion, presente na Mensagem à Assembléia Legislativa, de 1949. Este discurso apresenta características que reforçam uma imagem personalista, vertente da denominada nova cultura política brasileira. Utiliza-se a análise do discurso como instrumento para destacar o juízo ético de valor, como componente importante da personificação criada pelo governador, de promotor do progresso paranaense. Abstract. This article analyzes the nature of governor Moisés Lupion’s address to the state Legislature, delivered in 1949. His speech contains some characteristics that reinforce the personalist image which was a trend of Brazilian new political culture. Discourse analysis was the instrument used to discriminate the ethical opinion as a crucial component of the personification of progress promoter in the state of Paraná created by the governor.
