PROLIFERAÇÃO NUCLEAR NO PÓS-GUERRA FRIA

Résumé

O fantasma da proliferação nuclear voltou a ameaçar a paz e a segurança internacionais no Pós-Guerra Fria. O artigo aborda o porquê deste retorno e busca traçar respostas da comunidade internacional a esta velha “nova ameaça”. Abstract. The phantom of nuclear proliferation came back to threaten international peace and security since the end of the Cold War. The article tackles with the reasons for such a development and looks for the reaction of the international community in face of this old “new threat”.
