O crime da mulher queimada: discurso jurídico e outras verdades, Irati/PR (1918-2016)
Resumen
Este artigo objetivou discutir o discurso jurídico e outras verdades sobre um crime que ocorreu na cidade de Irati, Paraná, em 1918, o crime da mulher queimada. O discurso jurídico foi analisado a partir do respectivo processo criminal, atualmente sob guarda do Poder Judiciário local. As outras verdades foram identificadas em notícias de jornais e em entrevistas recolhidas através da metodologia da história oral. Nas entrevistas notamos, uma percepção diferente sobre o crime, de forma a santificar a vítima e incriminar seu marido. A despeito da interpretação do discurso jurídico, conforme nos indicou a história oral, os saberes e percepções cotidianas permanecem ativos e criativos até o presente momento. Abstract The crime of the burned woman: legal discourse and others truths, Irati/PR (1918-2016) This article discusses the legal discourse and others truths about a crime that happened in the town of Irati in Paraná in 1918, the crime of the burned woman. The legal discourse was analyzed by the criminal process, currently under the guard of the local Judicial Branch. The others truths were identified by newspaper clippings and by interviews collected through the oral history. In these interviews we realized that a different perception about the crime was present, sanctifying the victim and incriminating her husband. In spite of the interpretation of the juridical discourse, as oral history has indicated, the everyday knowledge and perceptions remain active and creative until this moment.Descargas
