THE PRELIMINARY STUDY OF NEIGHBORHOOD IMPACT AND ITS REQUIREMENTS IN MARINGÁ PARANÁ

Abstract

This paper presents a literature review on "The Preliminary Study of Neighborhood Impact and its requirements in Maringá Paraná". Contains information on the artificial environment, emphasizing the necessity and importance of developing urban planning, because it is through it is possible to sustainable management the cities. The research focused on publications, textbooks, dissertations, theses, projects and papers found on sites that address these issues. It was possible to verify through them the importance of elaborating the Neighborhood Impact Report (RIV) and in what ways this can be improved to fulfill the purpose of 10.257/2001 Law, Statute of the City, known as the Law on the Environment Artificial.
