THE POLITICAL COMMUNICATION ON PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY GUARAPUAVA/ PR

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to seek to understand how the municipality of Guarapuava utilizes public works to carry out political communication, through the use of works, in order to promote the actions of the current administration of the municipality and established power group. This study is the result of the initial phase of dissertation and analyzes the languages contained in a work of the municipality. For the purpose of this work is achieved is used, such as methodology, bibliographical and iconography, that is the study and description of images, in this case photographic images. This methodology allows registration and analysis of languages contained on the signs of works. The languages used for the dissemination of action of political leaders also exert influence on the continued exercise of power as they cause persuasion. Then, the study on the disclosure of actions of political leaders in public works can lead to a approach the voter of public issues
