THE APPROPRIATION PROCESS OF URBAN SPACES AND THE QUESTION OF CENTRALITY IN MARINGÁ – PR

Abstract

The definition of the study we present here is associated to an academic formation process and conection with structure and funccionality  of Maringá’s urban space. The purpose of this study is to analyze and to think about the space production and the politic and economic influence on the evolution context reordenation of centrality fortification on the process that involves Maringá city process. Ergo, the fragmental, conditioner, articuled urban space, is characterized by different dynamics and ways of urban land. Therefore, the approach about the centrality i justified on reordenation of this spacial form, as also by its own social dynamic as state interference in the course of time. The interpretation of the geoeconnomic diferences present in city, involved on object in question, lead us to an  identification of a infra urban scalarity and also of the urban net due a conjunctural funcionality of exchanges and,  at the same time, of particularization of roles that Maringa city presents. Is Undeviable, when doing a contribution on time scale of these different moments of urban development by which. Maringá revealed much reflect of the convergency between urbanistic lands and real state market, based on socialy homogeneous areas formation  and spacialy segregatial areas.
