THE PRACTICE OF GEOTECHNOLOGY IN THE INITIAL YEARS OF FUNDAMENTAL EDUCATION II IN THE TECHNICAL-SCIENTIFIC-INFORMAL WORLD

Abstract

The use of geotechnology in the contemporary world constitutes a primordial tool for the study of geographic space, this occurs through the representation of the facts and phenomena observed on the terrestrial surface. Based on this understanding, this article brings an approach followed by some practices on digital tools, which allows the elaboration of sketches, plans and maps in the initial years of elementary education II and other study cycles. It was used a textbook of the 6th year, Geographic Expeditions of Melhen Adas & Sérgio Adas (2015), concomitant to the work of Paulo Roberto Fitz (2008), Geoprocessamento without complications; notebook and date show for lectures; softwares: 3D paint, word, power point, google earth; sheets of A4 paper, rulers, pencils, erasers, enlarged table for making and overlapping letters. The results showed that you can really make a difference with these digital tools in teaching / learning. It is concluded that although it is an innovative tool for this age group, the girls performed a little lower than the boys, not all students in the class were able to follow the practices developed. But expectations are optimistic for a more inclusive future in such an excluding globalization in which we are tied.
