CONFLICT IN SPACE BRAZILIAN AGRICULTURAL: A REFLECTION FROM THE RELATIONSHIP "LAND, TERRITORY AND POWER"

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a conceptual discussion of the conflict / soil (rural) from the analytical purpose of some of the interactions and overlapping spatial structures and interacting in the axis "land, territory and power." The theoretical analysis in this regard intends to bring out some considerations to assist in the understanding of territorial processes in action / operation in the Brazilian agrarian space, which are mainly expressed in the form of social conflicts of / in the field. As methodological procedures, the study is articulated by a bibliographic and exploratory research on the conceptual question of conflicts, land, territory, state and agrarian space by studies Freitas (2013); Germani (2009) Simmel (1983); Oliveira (1994) Harvey (2006); Castro (2009, 2013), Raffestin (1993); Oliveira (1994; 2007; 2015); Martins (2003) e Tomiasi (2012). A theoretical and conceptual debate that dialogues some research fragments of these authors with the contemporary scene in the Brazilian countryside, which to be contradictory and complementary subsidizes the ongoing process of territorial conflict in the field.
