Abstract
The present work research to weave a dialogue with several perspectives that involve the relationships countryside and city and, rural and urban and, tries to approach the subject of the dicotomic vision that still has, un establishing differences between countryside and city and, rural and urban, because countryside and rural they are thought as something that is opposed to the city and urban. With base in the theoretical reference we pointed a rural-urban continuum, that is, a relationship that approximates and it integrantes these two different spaces, (rural and urban) and, before the similarities and continuity, doesn’t happen the destruction of the particularities of these, justifying the denial of the end of the rural. We approach the agricultural activities practiced in the urban space and the urban activities practiced in the rural space aiming to highlight that, predominantly rural, but not exclusively. In a similar way, the city is a urban space that doesn’t mean that is exclusively urban. In the same context we discussed the logic of the urbanity and rurality, that before the technological apparatus, the countryside and city and rural and urban approach, for some authors, that call rururbano or a continuum space, where the urban characteristics are inserted in the rural space and the ruralities are present in the urban space.Downloads
