THE CONCEPT OF SPACE IN MILTON SANTOS AND DAVID HARVEY: A FIRST APPROXIMATION
Abstract
The aim of the study is analyze the theoretical contributions of the brazilian geographer Milton Santos and of the British geographer David Harvey on the concept of space. The research is justified because of the importance that the concept of space has, being at present, considered as the object of study of the geography, which requires further theoretical and epistemological concept. This manner, with this text we seek to contribute to a better understanding of the theoretical advances on the concept of space in the geography and indicate possible articulations in the works of authors.Downloads
