ESSAY ABOUT POLITICAL PARTIES AND ELECTORS OF GUARAPUAVA/PR: CONSIDERATIONS ON A QUALITATIVE ELECTORAL GEOGRAPHY PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

In this paper, we propose the approach of the relationship between party politics and elections as a way to understand the geography of electoral Guarapuava-PR. This means that this work is concerned with understanding how the voter sees partisan politics and what his connection with this, and from that, working with conditioning elements of voting, such as income, education, political partisan proposals, among others. It is important to clarify that the trimming done here is part of results from the dissertation, beyond the proposed approach established by this cut analysis. Used the methodology, based on the survey of bibliographical materials on the topic, as well as questionnaires with voters Guarapuava. Several results were found, but for the focus of this paper we only show the following points: the relationship that the electorate has Guarapuava with partisan politics, the possible feelings of being (or not) represented by the political parties or the politicians themselves, the use political parties as a predictor of the vote and the personal pictures and features of the candidate as elements used by the voters to decide their vote. Around these points, which is held to discuss the results of the research. Through the debate on the theme, so it was possible to understand the political party and its dynamics as relevant to understand the sociopolitical changes caused in the territory.
