IMPRESSIONS ABOUT THE TEACHER TRAINING OF GEOGRAPHY COURSE AT UNIOESTE- CAMPUS OF THE FRANCISCO BELTRÃO -PR

Abstract

The theme approached in this essay refers to the teacher training of Geography course at Unioeste- Campus Francisco Beltrão. The vision was to investigate the process of the student training of the forth-year of the Geography/degree, class 2015, with the purpose to understand the formation that obtained during the course and the capacity to put into action the knowledge acquired and/or elaborated in the formative process. For the article we realized bibliography research based in: Campos (2012), Cavalcanti (2002), Girotto; Mormul (2014), Oliveira (2015), among others, to qualify the discussions presented and, also we realized empirical research through of questionnaires with forth-year students and Geography/degree teachers. Through the research was possible to determine some weaknesses that can to be resolved by the course as: greater workload of disciplines referring the teacher training, and, also greater relationship between course disciplines. We point out the existence the others demand that require financial investments associated, mainly, the improvement of infrastructure and the conditions of teachers work, in others words; questions related the paper of state as manager of public and free education.
