SPACE MOBILITY MADE BY STUDENTS OF UNESPAR GRADUATION COURSES - CAMPO MOURÃO CAMPUS, PR

Abstract

The aim of the research was to verify the origin of the spatial mobility of undergraduate students for the State University of Paraná, Campo Mourão campus, as well as to understand their expectations regarding higher education. In order to carry out the research, the methodology was organized in four stages: in the first stage, the theoretical and conceptual referential was read and registraded; in the second stage, the elaboration and application of a qualitative-quantitative questionnaire for students in the first years of undergraduate courses, which included questions regarding the place of origin of the students, the types of transportation used for locomotion, the expectation of higher education and the main difficulties found at staying in university; in the third stage, maps, graphs and tables were elaborated based on the data obtained; in the fourth stage, the analysis and interpretation of the data. It is hoped that the results obtained with the research offer subsidies for the formulation of public policies capable of helping students to remain in university until the conclusion of the course.
