THE NETWORKS IN LOCAL DEVELOPMENT: THE REALITY OF THE LOCAL PRODUCTION ARRANGEMENT OF SANITARY METALS IN THE STATE OF PARANÁ

Abstract

The understanding of spaces in network is necessary in the academic discussions. The notion of networks starts from articulated points, with the idea of ​​connectivity and simultaneity. About the business cooperation network, the interactions between those involved cover the confrontation of common difficulties and joint solutions. The cooperation of companies through industrial production has been one of the possibilities of reinsertion in the networks. In this case, they occur mainly through the Local Productive Arrangement (APL in Portuguese). The main objective of this paper is to discuss the local productive arrangement as a possibility of cooperation and social and economic reintegration network in the urban network. For that, the APL Paraná Network is presented and the reality of the APL of Sanitary Metals of the region of Loanda, in the North of the State of Paraná, is presented. The methodological procedures for the accomplishment of this paper were bibliographical and data collection; elaboration of cartographic materials, and, finally, systematization of the information in the final writing. The reinsertion of localities of APL in the urban network of Paraná took place only after the advance of the sectors of industry and services related to the branch of sanitary metals, materialized and formalized through APL.
