A MOBILIDADE DA FORÇA DE TRABALHO NO CONTEXTO DA GEOGRAFIA DAS REDES: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
Abstract
This article addresses relevant aspects of geographical networks, which are composed of a set of interconnected points, with spatial and social characteristics, exerting influence at various hierarchical levels—global, national, and local. These networks are managed by the actions of hegemonic capitalist actors and the State, utilizing logical systems endowed with diverse rationalities. There are numerous types of geographical networks, which can be analyzed in various ways. The aim of this work is to demonstrate how geographical networks can contribute to the study of workforce mobility and, consequently, to geography, considering the case of the economic relations of the company Balanças Jundiaí and its respective outsourced technical support.
