Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the process of teaching outdoor adventure body practices through Plogging in the training of students during Physical Education classes. To achieve this purpose, interventions were carried out over 10 classes, with a class of 32 students from the 3rd year of high school. The classes covered concepts about physical practices of outdoor adventure and Plogging, identification of behaviors, attitudes and modalities that allow environmental preservation in the students' reality and the effective practice of the modality. Information was collected through field diaries during all sessions and analyzed based on the theoretical precepts of Minayo (2010). As a result, it was observed that students demonstrated positive engagement in the activities, which helped to expand their knowledge on the topic. We can also conclude that the integration of Plogging into the Physical Education curriculum not only encourages the practice of physical activities, but also fosters environmental awareness and social responsibility among students.
