A MOBILIDADE DA FORÇA DE TRABALHO DE ARGENTINOS NA FRONTEIRA SUL DO BRASIL: MOTIVAÇÕES E CONJUNTURAS ECONÔMICAS

Abstract

One of the objectives of this article is to carry out an analysis of the dynamics involving workforce mobility in the federative units of the southern region of Brazil with Argentina. This study is justified through the understanding that the unequal development established by the current economic system is territorialized in the geographic space, thus it is necessary to deepen its relationship with the mobility of workers in the conjuncture of border issues. To this end, a brief bibliographical discussion was carried out, so that the concepts related to the theme were punctuated, that is: mobility, territory and border. The research continued with the collection of information related to the geographical, social and economic characteristics of the space in question, that is: immigration, admission and dismissal of workers, using secondary data from the then Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE ). The analysis method used was the dialectical one, with a comparative procedural methodology, using Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul as parameters. Finally, it is pertinent to point out that the result obtained from this material proved to be satisfactory, because the qualitative and quantitative information were articulated according to the objectives and methods indicated.
