Notice of temporary unavailability of the Journal Portal

We would like to inform readers, editors, authors, and reviewers that the Journal Portal will be temporarily unavailable from May 4 to May 24, 2026, due to the upgrade of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) to version 3.4.

During this period, the portal will not be accessible, and editorial and operational procedures within the system will not be possible, including, but not limited to:

• submission of new manuscripts;
• access to ongoing submissions;
• submission and receipt of peer reviews;
• assignment of editors and reviewers;
• communication among authors, editors, and reviewers through the system;
• upload of revised versions and supplementary files;
• recording of editorial decisions;
• copyediting, production, and publication procedures;
• access to issues, articles, files, and metadata already available on the portal.

We recommend that authors, editors, and reviewers plan their activities in advance, taking into account the temporary unavailability of the platform.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding. This upgrade is intended to improve the system’s security, stability, and functionality.
