Quality evaluation of physical arrangement solutions for minimum area premises from the project´s geometrical variables. Calculation of a representative value on the quality of housing projects is currently researched and has reached an advanced stage worldwide. Application and improvement of several methodologies and research on new ones are undertaken to provide a quality value to the project. Current methodology, involving geometrical variables that determine the physical setup of housing projects, quantifies a representative quality value for the project´s geometrical solution. Methodology aims at helping the planner, from the start of the development of the project, to define, localize and quantify geometrical variables that give quality to the physical setup. A solution of the project with a quality index proper to that required is provided.Downloads
