Educative behavior analysis of the psychiatric nurse and the mental health and the problem-based education
Abstract
This study aimed to identify how students from a Specialization Course in Psychiatric Nursing and Mental Health understand nurses’ attitudes in this working area and their relation with problem-based education. A descriptive and exploratory study was accomplished from a qualitative approach, through effective interaction between the researcher and the research subjects. Students pointed out to problem-based behavior in humanized care, dialogue as basis for transformation and construction in the nurse-patient relationship, as well as respect for the patient’s citizenship and the professional’s commitment to a concrete application of a real humanized care, as an assistance proposal for mental disorder patientsDownloads
