Abstract
This study aims at analysing and discussing the scientific production of the family based on globalization and on individual human needs. It is a bibliographical study. 17 publications on family study were analysed. Results show that, although families faced the same problem, especially when one of their members is affected by a disease, each family has specific peculiarities and their needs are based on their life experience. Thus, this is what should characterize the caring proposal to be offered by the professional nurse. In our point of view, such proposal should be based on the real world and mind the satisfaction of the family’s needs, in their search for a better life quality of each member individually and of the family as a whole.Downloads
