Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the territoriality and the formation of territorial clusters. The idea goes beyond the purely economic territory. A territorial strategy requires the use of the opportunities and synergies between entrepreneurs, institutions and society. Promoting and encouraging territorial clusters are not enough to stimulate the process of socioeconomic development, but it is a decisive step to strengthening cooperation among economic agents and building new territoriality.
