Abstract

Hegel's aesthetic, far from being hosted by the analysis of works of art, is rich in useful categories for the analysis of legal form. From this perspective, art and law result from the same collective spirit. However, the aesthetics of Hegel, unlike his legal philosophy, shows the tragic part of this spirit
