Abstract
Discussion about the role and the articulation of the subjectivity concept in the context of Philosophy of Right of Hegel. The theme is especially treated among the paragraphs 105 and 141, in which the Morality theme is discussed; the same one is preceded by Property conception, the first moment of the triad that has its end, to restart again, in the State. The Subjectivity is created in the moral Subject's own formation and it is discussed among the paragraphs 90 and 104. This is the base on which Subjectivity is built and also, right after, the State. The decisive influence that Hegel’s thought had on the subject cannot just be noticed in the Philosophy of Right, but also, in the philosophies of subjectivity, typical from the 20th centuryDownloads
