The Silence of Araucarias: Memory and Forgetfulness of Nature in a Inhabitants Group from Hydrographic Microbasin of the Campo River

Through the live story of a group of inhabitants from the hydrographic Micro basin of the Campo river, this story was obtained by interviews, for this it was used techniques of oral history. The research analyzed the relationship between that group of inhabitants and nature. The main focus was the tensions between the nature reminding and nature forgetfulness as the relationships reflex established between the men to each other, and in a lato sensu, a nature forgetfulness such as it-self-forgetfulness. By the other way, the research points for the changes in the sensitivity from the group of inhabitants from the hydrographic Micro basin in relation with the nature. In interview analysis it was verified that, between the 1980s and 1990s, there was a new orientation in the sensitivity from interviewees, in their relationships with the nature and it was verified a constant conflict between to preserve and destroy.
