Recognizing the production in the nursing care organizational system

Abstract

Nursing is linked to ample processes of production in health. A nurse sees its production recognized, but only as part of others. The recognition about importance of the components of a greater production depends on its identifications, which occurs if it is assumed that they exist and require knowledge, abilities and efforts to be obtained. Understanding nursing as a production system in the care environment, a reflexive and exploratory study regarding recognition of its products, under the professional optic, was carried out. Nursing is composed of a set of proper actions, with multiple purposes, carried out by some people in a production system. Its products are numerous and they result of care and interaction of the human being. It was noticed some difficulties in perceiving the products with greater specificities. The importance of the nursing productions was exalted when associated with peoples’ and as a form to characterize the profession and its importance.
