Abstract

The change in the assistance model has on family health the strategy for the assistance’s qualification. The purpose of this is to validate instruments as a way to subsidize the planning and qualify the assitance. The results allow the assertion that the instruments used are valid to recognize the pacient’surroundings, his/her family, friends, relationships he/she establishes with other human beings and with the community, making care planning possible in a individual configuration.

  • Eliane Thumé, UFPel
    Possui graduação em Enfermagem e Obstetrícia pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas (1986), especialização em Saúde Comunitária e mestrado em Enfermagem pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2000). Atualmente é professora assistente do Departamento de Enfermagem e doutoranda do Programa de Pós-graduação em Epidemiologia do Departamento de Medicina Social da Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Tem experiência na área de Saúde Coletiva, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: atenção básica, enfermagem, políticas de saúde e avaliação de serviços e programas de saúde. Currículo Lattes
