Abstract
The complexity and the dynamics of the current reality have been demanding from individuals of several social segments the search of concepts that make possible a better interaction with such reality. In this article we discussed about a complex phenomenon that is life and health, seeking a contribution for the construction of knowledge, and articulation among the several social individuals for the promotion of health and improvement of life of the population. A care network is fundamental, with the interrelation of different fields of the social area, such as leisure, work, social security, education, among others. That is necessary to assist the individuals' needs and communities, considering that the process of production of health is a historical-social construction. Taking it into consideration, we presented some ideas and questions that can lead to reflection and, possibly, to changes in the practices, specifically health practices, with integration of collective and individual efforts for the health promotion of several communities.Downloads
