The scientific article: structure and presentation in nursing communication

Abstract

The work presents a guide on producing a scientific article, following the methodological criteria of scientific writing and the instructions given by the Brazilian Technical Standard Association (ABNT) in its NBR 6022/2003, Information and Documentation – Article in scientific periodical print publication – Presentation. It exposes the need of attention concerning the content aspects (writing) in articles, regarding the structure presentation, the presentation and the reference’s citation rules based on the technical standards. It also emphasizes the need of standardize the scientific communication, highlighting its importance and role when producing a top quality scientific article.
