Abstract
This study aimed to identify how the supervision of the nurse in the Pre-hospital Mobile Attendance is performed in a town of the state of São Paulo, in the view of the nurse’s aides. It is a qualitative descriptive research, carried out at the Emergency Mobile Assistance Service. For the results the Content Thematic Analysis was applied. It is known that supervision is one of the administrative aspects used as motivation strength for integration and coordination of human and material resources which contributes for the accomplishment of a work program in an efficient way in order to achieve the objective of the organization. Nevertheless, when it comes to the nursing staff of the Emergency Mobile Assistance Service team, this administrative tool acquires very specific characteristics. The professionals report that the nurse’s supervision should be a moment of orientation and guidance and they do not feel appropriate that this administrative activity occurs at a distance, as it is an important nurse practice to guarantee the quality of the offered care service.Downloads
