Abstract
Review of literature performed to identify studies and, more specifically, to identify and analyze concepts of completeness in health-oriented nursing process and its articulation in the different levels of the health system. The study dealt with the concepts of integrality in health and its relationship with Nursing; the bibliography survey addresses national publications, the study was published in the National Journal index of the data bank of LILACS (Literature Of Latin-American Of Health) and BDENF (Base Of Specialized Bibliografical Data in Area of Nursing in Brazil) and; the results published in the National Journal until 2008. The corpus was composed by 16 articles that composed the structure of the study and out of the results four themes emerged: “Senses and meaning of integrality”; “The integral axis of the health system and integrality”; “Professional formation and Integrality”; and “Working as a team and Integrality”. Data analysis showed that the interest of the professionals for the theme is increasing though it is an important principle of SUS, the integrality is not always known and practiced by health professionals.Downloads
