Abstract
This is a descriptive study of qualitative approach, which aimed to identify, with 23 nurses, factors leading to satisfaction and dissatisfaction arising from daily work in various scenarios of care, and to offer the student a space for reflection of the relationship of nurses with their working environment. The study was carried out in the first half of 2008. Data were collected through interviews and the thematic analysis was the method of choice for the treatment of data. It has been observed that the satisfaction of patients/user and staff are factors leading to satisfaction of interviewed nurses and such activities contribute to the consolidation of the mission of the university and the development of critical thinking in academia. The good relationship between the team, ethics and updated knowledge are building foundations of a good work process.Downloads
