Economia e sociedade em Schumpeter: as fundações da sociologia econômica schumpeteriana a partir de Swedberg e Shionoya
Abstract
This paper has by goal recovering a part of Schumpeter’s work which has been relatively little explored, namely, economic sociology. Given it’s a heterodox analysis of economic phenomena through the lens of institutions in evolution, considerations regarding its method, methodology and subjects of study are sketched from the readings of Richard Swedberg and Yuichi Shionoya, two authors of relevance for comprehending the field. Since it’s been applied by Schumpeter mostly to comprehend capitalism, Swedberg’s and Shionoya’s discussions of schumpeterian economic sociology allowed us to suggest a nine-point research program for its conceivable applications and further development.
